Ordering and Acceptance

By placing an order on NexaBloom, you offer to purchase the selected items subject to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise. Delivery fees depend on your selected district and are clearly itemized before order confirmation at checkout.

Stock Availability

We endeavor to maintain accurate inventory levels. In the rare event that an item is unavailable after you place an order, our customer support team will promptly contact you to offer an alternative, arrange a backorder, or process a full refund.

Payment Methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), direct bank transfer with deposit slip verification, and online card payments (Visa and Mastercard via PayHere, coming soon).

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are handed over to the courier by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once an order is dispatched with the courier, cancellation is no longer possible and our Returns Policy applies.

Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
